It’s important that you *do not* sign the Tenancy Services bond refund form until section 4 ('Refund Details') has been filled out. Otherwise, someone else can fill in how much of your bond the landlord can keep without your agreement.
If you have recently signed a blank bond refund form, Tenancy Services should be able to give you advice.
