Inspections, how much notice is needed?

The landlord can only come into your house with the proper notice.
If it’s to do an inspection, they have to give you 48 hours written notice (letter or email).
If your landlord or agent wants to carry out repairs or maintenance, they must provide 24 hours’ notice and explain the reason for the repairs or maintenance. This work can only be between 8am – 7pm and must be *necessary*. Work like cosmetic improvements may only be done at a mutually agreed time.
