Can the landlord return after an inspection to check I've done things?

Landlords can only inspect their properties once every four weeks, unless you’ve agreed (as a result of an inspection) to fix or clean something by a certain date. In that case the landlord can go back to make sure you have done what you said you would do. In this situation the landlord can reinspect by giving you the correct amount of notice (48 hours).
