Can I go back and clean my flat after the end of my tenancy?

Ask the landlord/property manager to do an exit inspection with you a couple of days before you’re due to move out. Get them to point out anything that’d affect your bond. Fix/clean/remove as necessary.
If they won’t inspect until you move out, you’ll just need to do a very big clean. Clean ovens, skirting boards, ceilings, windows inside and out, and remove *all* rubbish.
